Just got back from training not long ago. think ard 12.20am reached home. so tired .
woke up at 7am+ today somemore. + flu ..! make me feel worse.
today's sch lessons ntg much. all LAB lo.9-12 & 2-5 .training, went gym . do stunts .
exhausted.
pushing myslf to do side split. but one of my, i duno what in my left leg's butt there hurts. it's lik something stucked there or a tension. last time was nv lik tt.
it was much flexible just lik the right leg. duno what happen. do cartwheel also pain. DIE. duno how sia..~ some help me !.or GOD ? ! save me.. T.T

hmm...i think it's really time for us to train real hard. Freshies are in and will delay our progress, this should push us even more to train on ourselves and make time for it. We cant be like doing the last minute thingy. Freshies' learning and catching up, and we should even progress faster to teach them new stuffs. Stunting(tt includes perfect locking) and stretching is what we need to train more on. Strength for legs as well.(Jumps)
Girls, come on. we can do it . JELZ.! =) we train. we train hard tgt. Encouraging each other to go on and dont slack off.
