Off to Mediacorp~



As usual, training on saturday. Some of us have to reached there by 10 am even though we dont hav to attend the Cirque De Monde's session. I was early !! hahs..

We hav to learn the modified 11men's routine tt Lenny had come up with for the comin performances .. woohoo..~ .. damn cool lars. i like it .. hee s.. Esp one small part of jannies's and tianying's dance. =D .. PPL jiayou wor.. we can do it de ! Sort of tired us out after learning front part of the modified's routine, so afternoon's training from 2-5 pm we are basically quite shag.. hahs..

Went to mediacorp with some magnies peeps. Tixs are offered to us by the SSC's(Students' Sport Council) ppl in request for us to support them for their competition. Anyway, they r our friends also lahs.. hahs ~.. bo bian, so we just accept their offer. lols.~

Anyway, the show is called Chuan Ming Chuang Yi Zhen Ba Sai' if i'm not wrong.. hahs.(similar to Japan's version 'Chao Ji Bian Bian Bian') What we went for is the recording, and it will be aired on 8 of August @ 8pm on Channel U. Voting is needed to support them ..~! =D ppl pls vote for them,team 4, called *Du Yi Wu Er*
You wont regret watching it. ~.. we all LOAF.. ^^.v

After tt, ard 9++pm we all went to Thomson's Long House to makan. Standard of the food was good. OH ya !!.. Serena injured her ankle again ..~ *Ouch* think this is the third or 4th time in 2 mths ? AHH!! She missed her step and fell, letting out a very loud cry as well.. *sobs*

Girl, u r not useless!!! stop thinking it this way alright ?? =D smile..~ don cry. u will recover very fast de.. jus b extra careful nex time. ^^.v love u .. *muacks*

-wTh- thanks to Gastric =( .. I AM SICK ! .. felt terrible from ytd night til now. threw up 5 times since ytd night til this mrning.my head spins lik hell, but lucky now it got better after taking medication.

went for gymnastic's class @ toa payoh in the evening with some other magnies who r selected.7 til 8.30pm. i felt damn unwell when it's time to warm down. cant stable myslf at all, i think is shafik is the who asked me to go and rest. During the class ytd, we learnt how to do proper forward roll, cartwheel and some handstand. hahs .. fun though!! but not after i felt unwell. Zhijun was sick too. She had food poisoning the day b4 and was too weak to attend the lesson, but she stil went with us. she rested somewhere to watched us and i hand her my hp to take candid pic of us. =D . pic will be uploaded soon.

Both of us fall ill ard the same time, amazing ar. Darlings r lik tt .. hahs . right zhijun? =x juz hope tt both of us get well asap to hav energy for training tml. oH ya~.. i'd got this eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...... sound in my left ear since ytd night too. i think it partly contributes to my giddiness. anybody know stuffs abt such symptoms pls let me know alright?? cuz it superb damn irritating .. it's stil eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......-ing in my ear now. think i'm goin deaf soon..! aRgh~~

1st - threw up after the gym. class while walkin to busstop @ toa payoh.
2nd - threw up after i alighted the bus @ zhijun's hse there to change bus.
3rd - threw up when i reached home. i sprint to the toilet. hahs.~
4th - threw up in the middle of the night ard 3++ am. tryin to search for plastic bag in my room when my surrounding seems to be spinning.
5th - threw up once i woke up in the morning.

There's ntg for me to vomit out after the 2nd time i threw up. There's ntg more in my stomach. So what i threw up after tt tasted so weird. Super super bitter and acidic. I think it is bile and hydrochloric acid, cuz it's yellowish-green in colour. eEw...~ all fluid. dared not eat anything for fear of throwing up again.

mrning mum brought me to see doc. getting a lit better now. hopefully i'll recover asap. N this is the 2nd time i encountered this. cuz of skipping meal.

SO, ppl !! listen up ... skipping meal is not a wise choice alright ? it will cuz abdominal wind and u will regret. serious~. jus don eat oily and sweet stuffs and u wont gain weight. remember ur 3 meals always*

Didnt went sch today, was damn sick. ate onli porridge and medicine.

Cirque Du Monde + Siti's bdae ~~


So sad, last saturday was our(team 1) last session with the Cirque Du Monde's angmoh guy called Kyle(pronounced as Carl). hahs.. of cuz nt bcuz he was an angmoh la..! however, it's so fun learning the stunts, building pyramids and everything. =D ! Doin assisted back-tuck too!!.. anyway, ppl who hav no idea what Cirque Du Monde is abt.. it's so called a sub group from Cirque Du Soleil, a very famous Circus in the world who can do amazing stuffs. If i'm not wrong Cirque Du Soleil is the most recongnise and top Circus in the world.

well, we celebrated birthday for Kyle though it was belated. but nvm, only 2 days after his bdae and it's our last session as well. =)

Normal training resumes @ 2pm, but it ended earlier tt day cuz Seniors hav performance and Lenny was not ard to coach us.

Have to go to Siti's 21st birthday later @ night as well. Jannies went over to my place and bathed there. met zhijun ard 6++ and head off to Siti's place for her celebration. it's @ Bt Panjang. We smell food once we reach her block, nt even on our way up.hahs.. So hungry @ tt time as well. hahs..

World Largest Choco Bar..


oH ya, recalled smtg. Last sunday,(the day france vs italy) me and zhijun went to town. Went to PS. we saw smtg ~ World Largest Chocolate Bar ! ! ! lol.s. it's recorded in Guinness World record book as well. see >>

after tt, we head off to The Cathay to buy my adidas jacket.. Wee!! so happy, it's available there. hahs .. search for it in town but think was sold out or smtg, jus couldnt find it. Decided to watched WC in town later at night as well. but it's stil too early, so we went to catch a movie called 'HAVOC'. Nt bad lahs, but ending was quite stupid. indeed very stupid =x. nt worth 9.50 ~ z.z.

i supported france.. ~ we watched @ Balcony with some of my sec sch friends. Lili(my best pal in sec sch), fiona and some of their poly friends. anyway, france lost.. damn it..!! so sad lahs.. tt Zidane's head butt. cool man.. but nvm lars.~ . he got to hit the headlines, he shld be happy abt it right? lOls.

milkrun ..my party ~ trainings...



alright ...~.. lazy to blog these few days..anyway, blogging is time consuming !! hahs...Zzz.. but nvm, just love to update ppl with my life.. hahs . =D

hMm .. 1st of all, is abt the MILKRUN performance. ^^.v some of your may doubt what's MILKRUN ?? mayb some hav heard of it but some not. it's a charity event by Beyond social service to raise funds for children who are financially disabled. Mayb be due to single parent, parents unable to pay for their sch fees, so on and so forth. yar. tt's abt it..

Hence, Ngee Ann poly and Shuqun cheerleaders had volunteered to perform for one of their event in MILKRUN. This is the 1st time 64 cheerleaders come tgt as one to do 1 routine .. so proud of tt... ^^.v we've been training for this routine every saturday with the shuqun cheerleaders since mid of june til the actual performance day, 2nd of july. The performance was a success ~!! .. hahs .. well done Juniors !! i'm so proud of u all. your 1st performance and a gr8 one . =D ~

2nd July is also the day my party for event management's module is held.. Luckily, the MILKRUN performance ends @ 4+pm and my party starts @ 10pm.. pHew..~ .. and i just got this hunch tt my party's attendence is going to be good .. =D ..

well well well, indeed it happened~!! turn up was abt 150 ppl, around there.. hhahs x. i didnt get to enjoyed much though, cuz i hav to attend to a lot of stuffs. but i felt so happy.. hahs.. so many friends came to support me.. *touched*. thanks peeps for comin to my party !! i'll try to name most of them by the grp ar.. cuz too many le. hahs.. ( my magnum's ppl, my classmates, my lecture mates, my sec sch ppl tt had asked a no. of ppl to go, my clubbing mates, my primary sch friends, outside friends and lots more.. ~~~~ ) Thanks !

The no. of turnout was just nice for the size of tt place and the following day is youth day(i onli know tt after i booked tt place).. i shall count myslf lucky this time.. =D ! i think every1 enjoyed tt night right ? hahs ..anyway, the deejay rocks.. spinning all the hottest hits of RnB all night. fun night we all had though there were a few drunkards and 2 ppl lost their belongings. hmm .. Training had been the same.. 4 times a week.. =D wOO *.. mon tues wed sat.. hees. Tiring but fun .. i can see my abs growing~~ weEe.. =D i lost 2 kg. but i need to lose more.! all(thse who hav been consistently down for training) of us r getting stronger.. Jiayou Magnies !! . Junior Guys tt have done their 1st pyramid on wed training, well done ! =D

**triP to JB for SLS + sch reopens~~


Okay.. i know i know, it's been a while tt i hav update my blog.. And here i am ! hAHss.

hmm .. sch reopen los x.~ .. lecture starts.. reports deadline.. project proposal..problem base learning Lab experiment. .Gosh ~.. ! it's just the 1st week, give us a break man.~ we're not SUPERMAN ! damn the sch. hah . bleahx. ~

oH ya, b4 sch reopen. June 23/24, me and jannies went to this JB area for our Student Leader Seminar(SLS) as we're being volunteered by our president(Redza) for our CCA. This resort called Sofitel, some quite high class resort.(5* i think). onli for 2 days 1 night. enjoyed pretty much for tt trip. we got to make new friends and know more ppl from the other CCA's club as well. hahs. and just got to know tt many ppl got their post even though they r year 2 onli.. wow..~ but for magnum, all our committees r in year 3.. i guess we need ppl who r more experience in handling stuffs and administration bahs. hahsx. feel tt to be in committee it's actually quite stressful. in SLS, we learnt how to handle administrative stuffs and much more. (lazy to blog.. =x! )

back to sch reopen.~ ..oh. got back all my results for my common test lo.. 5 modules, i failed 1 =( ! .. but i expected it .. nvm. i will work hard de..!! i need my shifu to teach me as he taught me so well for 1 module and i score quite well. yeah~! ! hees..

alright, enuff of studies.. training~! . yeax, tt's my life man.. hee .. love love love.. so happy tt Lenny my ex coach is back !! he's goin to coach us again ~~.. wakaka ~.. happy happy. lalala~.. so training also hav been tougher, but we like it. sound saddistic hur, too bad. hahs . tt's our passion ? at least we hav smtg to look back to when we get older, smtg we get to enjoyed in life when not every 1 else does. well, i love poly life. =) ! i love Magnum . =D . i love JELZ. hahs . think i goin crazy liaos. =x today had training too~.. Mainly PT ,little stunts. Campus run @ night~. woohoo.. Sweat it all out. nearly took off my t shirt as i sweat damn lots.(don worry i've got my sports bra. hahs.) but i nv took off of cuz~.. think ard 3+ km? ya.. so tired. z.z.z ! wanna go slp losx. hees x.tml stil hav rehearsal for performance @ 9.30am with Shuqun Pri's cheerleaders ! ..then 1.30pm, we hav our usual training again .. til 5pm.
