Monday training starts as usual as exams r over! =) . 2 weeks w/o training n can see that we slacked off the track. endurance level dropped for me. diao.. cannot ar, must catch up. jiayou every1! =D. monday's training is mainly on cardio and PT. even til now, our body is still aching . Ouch. but this shows tt we trained hard alright. hahs, but stil not good enuff. love training stil . =D .
Tuesday got performance for i duno what student excellence award presentation in sch. hahs. didnt really do that well for tt performance probably bcuz the lack of rehearsals plus i think got at least 10% contribution from the aching.. So, was quite disappointed with it, however it makes me want to do much much more better for the routine again! N not GIVING IT UP. =)

there's buffet for that event as well. a very big one. got choco fondue, satay, pekin duck in crepe, desserts and lots and lots of food. Got their so called' Tiramisu' also, but it sux. =x! anyway, i got to know the 'history' of Tiramisu from my senior, Grace, on the day. Was surprised~ lols
It was so called a viagra last time. Shocking hur. Started from Venice, where men will take it b4 they have sex.(women can also take it las. But mayb in the olden days, guy do most of the job). lols. Tiramisu contains 3 main components, cheese, alcohol and caffeine. Cheese - to provide energy. Alcohol - to get high. Caffeine - to act as stimulant. Amazing huh. that's my fav dessert so does it mean smtg? hahs. Nahs! ! what u all thinkin sia.aiyo. ya, so basically tt's abt it. => n Mayb after this entry, production rate for Tiramisu increased. hahs.
anyway, we were happily feasting. we had a lot of balloons as well, cuz onli we can get it down by going on shoulder stand. hahs. too high up the ceiling liaos. we took alot ~~.. then many ppl asked from us, so we helped them take as well..so fun hur. =D

wednesday, went for gymnastic class. body ached lik hell. Zz.z ~ cant do many things properly. quite demoralised. =( . time seems to past quite fast that day. after gymnastic class, me and zhijun went to Lenny's hse. Cuz we'r goin to Zouk that night & meeting jannies over there later. Lenny stayed ard that area and he's coming with us as well. He got a dog called fei fei, but i always call him mao mao accidentally.(cuz he really got a lot fur, like xiao mao qiu[small fury ball])hahs.it's a Pom. cute lil dog! Bath and Dolled up. reached Zouk @ 12, met up with jannies and her friends. Pearlyn and Carry arrived later. Bumped into a no. of friends there too. From Ngee Ann Canoeing and Dragonboaters as well. Mambo's fun. hahs. new experience @ mambo. RnB was not too bad as well, but far too crowded. 85% of the guys on that day CMI. -.-~ Lenny went off 1st as it's too crowded. and we left when everything ends. head to Lenny's hse. Bernard was grooming fei fei. fei fei is not mao mao anymore. no hair ardy. hahs. but stil cute. like half rabbit half dog. whahs.. ~ watched UCA's(united cheerleading association) competition video. Motivated! we ate supper and chatted. 5 of us ( pearlyn, zhijun, jannies, lenny and me) Carry dozed off 1st. time passes very fast.Til 8++am, i started to get tired lo. i'm the 2nd ! hahs. then followed by them. we all woke up @ 1++pm and took cab home. anyway, it's teachers' day !
